Kavitha Mantha is the owner and Chief Curator at Sage of SAGE Sustainable Living, a company focused on providing access to a natural and sustainable lifestyle. SAGE through its in-house product lines, SAGE Farm Cafe and Thrive by Sage at Banjara Hills brings the first Farm to Table Cafe in India. Both the cafes specialize in making all their dishes from scratch using the highest quality, seasonal ingredients while also bringing back style cooking on iron skillets. SAGE Farm Cafe located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad recently won the “Restaurant of the year Award” beating all hotels and cafes in the twin cities, in spite of being just two years old. She was also awarded the ‘Restaurateur of the Year’ for her novel approach to food.
